Brief and approach

The workplace needed to:

Optima partnered with AAID and INC to ensure technical detailing aligned with the design intent and Riyadh building standards. The focus was on delivering visually striking glazed partitions while meeting strict acoustic targets.

The office features the unique Shoreditch system layout, which presented both aesthetic and technical challenges. Optima Revolution 100 double-glazed partitions and Edge Symmetry doors were specified to create high-performance, seamless spaces.

An anodised bronze finish was applied throughout, giving the workplace a cohesive and luxurious feel. In addition, ribbed glazing was used to maximise privacy while maintaining daylight and sightlines, delivering both functional and design-led outcomes.

Acoustic comfort

Meeting rooms and quiet areas required high acoustic performance:

This ensures spaces for confidential conversations, focused work, and collaborative meetings, without compromising openness or natural light.
