The Dubai office has been designed on CBRE’s concept of Workplace 360, which focuses on enhancing employee experience in the workplace. The objective is to create a workplace that integrates property services and amenities with advanced digital technologies. The Dubai office was designed to embrace the transformative workplace concept to help its clients understand the possibilities of creating the best possible workplace environments.    A mixture of open plan working and private meeting spaces required Optima’s Revolution 54 and Revolution 100 stunning dry jointed systems which can achieve outstanding acoustic ratings.

ATS was responsible for the design and build of the project, which was developed from the concept design package provided by the client. The project started with the demolition of the existing space. Besides MEP installations, data, AV and security installations, the scope of the work included new gypsum and glazed partitions, acoustic walls, living walls and ceilings, joinery and floor finishes.
