We were happy to work with Bluu on this complete refurbishment of 500 sqm in the Gate Precinct Building. Bluu’s vision included improving the flow of natural light through this entirely new layout. In order to achieve this, Bluu used Optima’s 117 Plus and Revolution 100 glazed partition systems.

The outdated offices needed a completely new design and fit-out solution. In the partner offices and meeting rooms, the acoustics were an important consideration. In the open plan areas, the main focus was on the flow of light within the space.
We were pleased to deliver this new Global office for Dechert on time and to budget.
