PepsiCo recently completed the fit-out of their new Dublin headquarters. Located in the heart of the city, this minimalist, New York loft-style design helps create the atmosphere of the company’s New York office. Our acoustic glass partitions create a bright and airy working environment whilst ensuring acoustic privacy is maintained throughout. Working alongside architects MDO and main contractor Roccul, our partners Walls to Workstations built a dynamic workspace that encourages a variety of working styles from private meetings to impromptu and collaborative work. Furthermore, this fantastic project was also shortlisted for Fit-Out project of the year at this year’s Fit Out Awards.

By integrating glass partitions throughout the design allowed PepsiCo to maximise the amount of natural light flowing through this fit-out. With this in mind, Walls to Workstations installed Revolution 54 Shoreditch Edition double glazed partitions. This adaptable and attractive system brings a spacious and airy feel to the office. Furthermore, integrating our Shoreditch Edition glass partitioning system enhances the industrial style of this multinational beverage and food companies’ new office. The striking slimline aluminium framework which bonds to the glass offers a dramatic design feature. Therefore, it retains structural stability and acoustic performance whilst giving the appearance of cutting through the glass.
Maintaining a sense of privacy within this open workspace was also key for PepsiCo. Therefore, the team at Walls to workstations installed a reeded manifestation along the middle section of partitions. As a result, this allows light to still flow freely throughout the office whilst offering an enhanced level of visual privacy for their employees.
Equally important to PepsiCo was creating an open working environment that promotes collaboration between their colleagues. Our Revolution 54 glass partitions incorporate two layers of 12.8mm acoustic laminate glass offering enhanced acoustic performance. Achieving up to Rw44dB, excellent acoustic rating, aesthetic appeal, and adaptability makes this one of our most popular systems. Used to create a variety of conference rooms, private meeting spaces, and open work areas, this system also offers the perfect acoustic privacy throughout the design. In addition, Edge Symmetry single glazed doors were installed across the fit-out, providing enhanced acoustic performance. This single glazed system can achieve up to Rw35dB, not only maintaining acoustic privacy but also adding to the industrial look of the office.
