One Za’abeel is Dubai’s iconic twin-tower complex connected by the world’s longest cantilever structure, The Link. Situated within is The One Office, offering 38,000 sq. ft of premium, Grade A serviced workspace that redefines luxury.
Designed by JLL’s Srdjan Vidakovic, recently named Office Designer of the Year, this workspace combines five-star hospitality cues with contemporary office performance.

A Refined Workspace with Acoustic and Visual Clarity
Optima was proud to support the project in collaboration with JLL and INC UAE, supplying and installing:
Optima 117 Plus – an elegant, high quality single-glazed office partition system ideal for open-plan transparency. Edge Affinity Doors – stylish and high-performance acoustic doors with up to Rw42dB sound attenuation.
Both systems were anodized in a rich aged bronze anodized finish, echoing the sophisticated material palette throughout One Za’abeel.
The resulting workplace achieves a seamless balance of openness and acoustic privacy, enabling a flexible environment for focused work, collaboration, and executive-level comfort.
